Very tasty, but a bit hard to match. It has a tendency to &ldquo;disapear&rdquo; along other tastes. When paired with something that lets it through its a good sauce though. Perfect to chicken. Adds a bit of heat, is a bit fruity and the consitency is thick and smooth. Too rinny and not at all that much taste of mango. Excellent on pizza, wings, tacos or on a chip. Pretty thick.
